Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Guest

Cancellation requests must be sent by email or phone.

1.1 Cancellation Deadlines and Refunds

• Within 24 hours of booking: full refund of the amount paid.
• Up to 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund will be issued.

1.2 No-Show

In case of no-show on the day of the reservation, no refund will be granted and the full stay will be charged.

2. Modification of Reservation

Any request to modify a reservation (change of dates, number of nights, or accommodation) is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellation by Villa Les Vignes d’Antan

In the event of exceptional circumstances (force majeure, serious technical problem, accommodation unavailability), Villa Les Vignes d’Antan reserves the right to cancel a reservation. The guest will then be fully refunded, with no additional compensation claimable.

4. Force Majeure

No refund or compensation can be claimed in case of cancellation due to a force majeure event (natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions, etc.). Rescheduling may be considered based on availability.

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of booking. Processing time may vary between 7 and 14 business days from the confirmation of cancellation.
